object arrives like a bride: a handbook grew out of a desire to make my MFA thesis into an object that would be an ex- tension of my artistic practice, a bridge between research and praxis. a manifesto, a collection of tools, it asks to be held, turned over, and tested against the reader’s own encounters with objects, memories, and systems.
